Ansche Chesed (people of kindness) is a ritually traditional, socially progressive and intellectually vibrant conservative synagogue on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, founded in 1829.
We designed a logomark out of three intersecting arches which symbolizes windows, togetherness, and community.
The hebrew-like logotype is typeset in organic, cursive letterforms. It also works well as a typographic pattern.
