Pug Bag is a versatile sling that transforms with a removable beanbag—designed for both movement and pause. Inspired by New York City and the ease of Central Park, it reimagines everyday carry as an invitation to sit, rest, and enjoy the moment.

Conceived and developed in-house by KUDOS, the name “Pug” draws from the idea of a loyal companion—grounded in four core values: comfort, versatility, durability, and circularity.

The bag is constructed using fabric sourced from excess production in Indonesia and a zero-waste pattern that maximizes every cut. The result is a thoughtfully engineered product that blends utility, sustainability, and urban lifestyle into one adaptable form.

Located in the mountainous region of Bali, Casa Bukian is a luxury house owned by a well-known Indonesian actor and actress. This video project for Sandei Blinds focused on showing the brand’s importance as an integral element of the house’s interior design. 

Our approach for the video production was to rely on sound and sight to reveal Sandei Blind’s brand message, while showcasing the company’s super-wide motor blinds, which offer remarkable coverage from the sun and magically disappear to reveal a stunning view of the rice terrace in the house’s backyard.

In this digital marketing, graphic design, and photography project for Le Feu Diamonds, we focused on the brand’s products as the main visual element. The bold simplicity of the Instagram-optimized photos present Le Feu as an exclusive jewelry boutique that understands the innate beauty of precious gems.

In response to the brand’s goal of drawing people into its boutique, KUDOS focused our efforts on producing superfine jewelry photography that evokes a subtle, softsell branding approach to emphasize the brand’s intimacy and trustworthiness.
